We are hiring a Mechanical Engineer for our Engineering team. Accepting our challenge, you will be integrated in a dynamic and positive environment, where you will have the possibility of professional growing.
Under the direct supervision of the department Manager / director and supported by the respective supervisors and training program, be responsible to assure full compliance, maintenance of the Major Production, Inspection and Packaging machines;
Be responsible for the maintenance of production, inspection, and packaging equipment.
Maintain equipment, install new equipment, conduct routine maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment faults on site;
Focus on Syntegon (ex. Bosch) equipment including Eisai Inspection Machines
Remove old equipment, install new equipment, and train maintenance staff on equipment maintenance and trouble shooting procedures;
Ensure success as a Maintenance Engineer, having an extensive knowledge of industrial equipment, plus the ability to work well under pressure.
Troubleshoots, services Production, Inspection, and Packaging machines and systems. Perform and manage preventive maintenance to the Mechanical & Electrical components of the equipment and systems.
Ensure that maintenance projects are performed in efficient and timely manner.
Demonstrate high-level problem-solving skills, and should be able to service, troubleshoot, and repair equipment without causing extended equipment downtime.
Ensure that all job responsibilities are performed and documented accurately, timely and in compliance with SOPs, GMPs and FDA requirements.
Traveling to machine manufacturer´s locations for equipment inspection.
Assist in the planning and execution of Annual preventive maintenance activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
Minimum 5-7 years work experience as a Maintenance Engineer or equivalent
5-7 Years in automation industry, Pharmaceutical industry
Knowledge of industry guidelines
Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
Ability to read system schematics
Advanced troubleshooting skills
Understanding of safety and equipment procedures
Good communication and training skills
Technical knowledge in equipment such as RRU, RRN, HQL, AFG, FLC, VRK, and GLT
Advanced electromechanical and electrical training
Knowledge in Servo motors, frequency convertors, timing belts, D.C. motors, brushless motors, servo motors and controllers, ventilators, and radial fans
Knowledge in PLC programming, HMI control systems, vision systems
